Located in the heart of Spinola Bay, St Julian’s, directly on the seafront, Uniqato Mediterraneo Ristorante pairs waterfront views with a broad menu: fresh fish and seafood from our display and aquarium, pasta and risotto, lava-grilled meats, Maltese classics like rabbit stew, and a large vegetarian selection.

We really enjoyed our evening meal at Uniqato. The service was outstanding, very welcoming, polite and attentive. Had the crispy chicken risotto which was perfectly cooked and full of flavour and the swordfish steak was cooked to perfection. The restaurant has great ambience and if we didn't have to travel home tomorrow would have booked a table for our evening meal!

Delicious food, everything fresh and crafted with great attention to detail. The service was exceptionally kind – special thanks to waiter Ambros for excellent recommendations and professionalism. The atmosphere created by the staff makes guests feel truly cared for and welcome. Great location as well.

Really good cocktails, we had happy hour and surprised by how good the service was. Ambros was so kind and gave us an extra limoncello- which is always welcome!

Such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Professional and friendly service, my waiter Ambros was attentive and deboned my grilled fish flawlessly. I highly recommend this place for the food, ambience and service.

We went twice while on holiday for some lunch and an evening meal both of which were excellent,the food was really good and couldn't fault the service - Mladen was very helpful giving us recommendations, we had pasta dishes x2 , a burger and the rack of pork. Definitely recommend this place right on waters edge 👌
